My Thoughts:
This book had a lot of twists and turns. I was a bit confused on who the bad guy was at first but that could have been intentional. I really liked this novel but it was a bit annoying though. The author set up events for actions but I ended up disappointed. Each time something happened to her I felt like we were let down a lot by the author. Emariya was a very likeable character and she was fully developed, the story just wasn’t. I actually had given up reading this book and started a different one but when I got a deal on reading all three through NetGalley, I came back to it. The book has great promise and is a great idea but it’s not enough to have a great idea. You have to actually work to make it fantastic.
