He never expected to become a best-selling romance writer. It was never supposed to go any further than that.Maybe that Shakespeare guy was on to something.

My review, I received a copy of this for my honest review.
Every once in awhile I take a step away from my world of fantasy and science fiction. It was a nice change of pace from what I am used to. I particularly enjoyed that this book revolved around the book world, one I am proud to be a part of.
The writing itself was a bit to get into. I felt like the story dragged on for some time. Things were said that didn't need to one said, sentences that weren't necessary. That was not the only problem I had. I felt impatient because of this and not just because I wanted to get to the conclusion but also because it seemed like there was a lot of filler sex. Need some more word count? Throw another sex scene in! It's a good thought but something else has to happen in order to keep your reader interested. I'm not here to read about sex, I'm here to read about life.
Those are my only complaints. The characters were well rounded. Keaton is the character to follow. He has an amazing character arc and becomes changes who he is in the end. Most of us readers are going to easily connect with Quinn because she is an avid bookworm. Meeting one our favorite authors would be a dream come true but falling in love with one? That is a true fantasy. She is a cautious little girl and I think that was genius. Girls who live in the pages of their books see bad guys and traps throughout their novels, hard not to see them in real life.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It was different than what I am used to and a good read. It was a beautiful disaster of a romance that kept me hooked until the very end.
